The multi-engine instrument rating course is a complete, integrated instrument rating training course conducted on simulator training equipment and multi-engine aircraft. It combines the advantages of single-engine rating and multi-engine rating courses. Completing this training will not only teach you instrument procedures such as precision and non-precision approaches, holding, standard instrument departure and arrival, etc., but will also provide you with in-depth training in an environment that is the last gateway to commercial aviation.

What are the pre-requirements?
- EASA Private Pilot Licence.
- IR/SE Rating.
- MEP Rating.
- EASA Medical Class II or Class I certificate.
- ICAO English Level 4.
- IR or CPL or ATPL Theory theory credit.

What are the limitations of Instrument Rating / Multi Engine (IR/ME) limitations?

IR/ME is the last rating that the pilots can obtain in the Private Pilot Licence.

Theoretical course
We provide 7 hours of ground school training to ensure that you get the right answers to the specific questions you may have.
Practical training
Minimum 3 hours hours of simulator and minimum 2 hours of flight in multi engine aircraft.
Flight exam
At the end of the practical training there is a 1 hour examination.
